Symptoms of Morning sickness/Nausea:
-Dizziness, especially when you stand up
-Mint (peppermint, spearmint)
-Sports Drinks (avoid artificial colors/ingredients when possible) or juice
-Sucking candies and mints
-Give yourself time to get out of bed and keep a small stash of plain, dry cereal or crackers nearby so you can have a little something as soon as you get up.
-Eat small, frequent meals throughout the day.
-Drink plenty of water throughout the day, but try not to drink too much with your meals so you don't get too full at once.
-Keep sucking candies (sour or ginger flavored work great) or mints on hand to flavor your mouth and keep it moist.
-Citrus or mint aromatherapy can help nausea, as can well-ventilated spaces.
