2 small yellow onions

1 red onion

1 head of garlic (8 cloves)

2 butternut squash

2 bunches lacinato kale

1 package button mushrooms (2 pounds)

2 pound bag carrots (1 pound, plus 1-2 carrots)

Celery root (3 roots, 8 cups)


2 pounds ground chuck

1-pound fresh chicken sausage


Half dozen large eggs (6 eggs)

Stick of unsalted butter (6 tbsp.)

Quart of Milk (10 tbsp.)

Bag of shredded cheddar cheese (1 cup)


Bottle of Olive Oil (1 ½ cups)

1 pound dried tagliatelle pasta

1-pound bag of lentils (1 cup)

1 loaf of bread (for 1 ¼ cups fresh breadcrumbs)

1-pound bag of all-purpose flour (1/3 cup)

32 oz box of beef stock (3 cups)

10-oz bottle Worcestershire sauce (1 tbsp.)

Kosher salt

Black pepper

.75- oz. container dried oregano (1 tsp.)

1 bunch parsley (¼ cup)

12-oz bottle red wine vinegar (¼ cup)

6-oz can of tomato paste (4 tbsp.)

1.5 oz. container red chili flakes (1 tsp.)

1 box store-bought cornbread mix

1 can green enchilada sauce (10 ounces)

1-package corn tortillas (6-8 tortillas)


1 bunch mint (¼ cup, to garnish)

6- oz. package feta (½ cup crumbled, to garnish)

8-oz. tub sour cream (¼ cup, to garnish)

1 bunch cilantro (2 tbsp., to garnish)
