Frozen Orange Liqueur Souffle Recipe

Black Bean Masa Cakes

Turkey Milanese



1 head fennel 

1 head radicchio

2 small red onions 

2 medium onions

1 tart apple 

1 bunch parsley 

3 bunches cilantro 

2 tablespoons fresh oregano 

1 bunch scallions 

1 jalapeno

6 cloves garlic 

1 avocado 

1 lime 

2 oranges 


9 eggs

1 tablespoon unsalted butter 

1 cup heavy cream 


4 turkey cutlets 


olive oil to fry 

1 cup all-purpose flour 

½ cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar (divided)

powdered sugar (to garnish)

½ cup dried cranberries 

1 can black beans (15 ounces)

4 cups RITZ Crackers 

2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard 

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar 

•  2 tablespoons honey 

1 teaspoon ground cumin 

1 teaspoon ground coriander 


1/3 cup orange liqueur 

2 cups masa harina 

1 pound dried red chiles (preferably New Mexico)

4 pounds fresh Hatch chiles (or New Mexico or Anaheim)
