A party perfect dessert!
Daphne Oz's Banana Dippers
- For the Peanut Butter Covered Bananas:
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate (chopped)
- 5 tablespoons Creamy Peanut butter
- 3 Bananas (cut in half cross-wise)
- Chopped peanuts
- coconut flakes
- mini marshmallows
- chopped almonds
- Freeze bananas.
- Over a double boiler, melt together chocolate and peanut butter. Insert popsicle sticks into bananas. Dip bananas in chocolate. Roll in desired toppings. Put chocolate covered bananas on wax paper and freeze until set.
