  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries
  • 1/2 ripe Banana
  • 1/2 cup Whole or 2% Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 cup Ice
  • 1/2 cup brewed and chilled Green Tea
  • 1-3 teaspoons Psyllium Husk Powder or Chia Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Flaxseed Oil or Total EFA Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Ice (reduced to 1/2 cup if using frozen blueberries)
