Clinton Kelly's Boozy Jam Glaze
- 2 tablespoons Jam or Fruit Preserves (Apricot; Raspberry; Cherry; etc.)
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon your favorite Liqueur (Orange; Bourbon; Sweet wine; etc.)
- pinch of Salt
- Combine the jam, water, liquor and salt in the jar. Shake vigorously and pour over your favorite dessert.
