- 1 tube Refrigerated Pizza Crust
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (divided)
- 6 Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Water
- 1 teaspoon Hot Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Green Pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup Bacon; Ham and/or Sausage (chopped)
- Unroll crust onto 15x10x1 (sheet) pan. Flatten dough and pinch up edges slightly. Brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Prick dough with a fork and bake at 400 degrees for 6 minutes or until lightly browned
- Meanwhile, whisk eggs, water and hot sauce. In a small skillet, heat remaining oil, then add eggs. Cook and stir over medium heat until completely set.
- Spoon eggs over crust, then add peppers and onions, sprinkle with cheeses, and last, add bacon and ham. Bake for 7 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted
