- Top round pot roast meat shredded
- 1/2 onion chopped
- Cilantro for garnish
- 1 lime
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- Place flour tortilla into saute pan, top with shredded meat, cheese, chopped onions, top with tortilla. Flip to melt cheese.
- Garnish with sour cream, cilantro, wedge of lime.
