Who doesn't love fondue? Try our own cheesy version at home! Just take our recipe and add your favorite liquor or cream until it gets to a pourable state...and start dipping! Try it with cooked pasta on skewers, deep fried ravioli, fried mac and cheese balls, tortellini, or egg roll wrappers filled with mac and cheese!
- 1 cup Half and Half
- 1 cup Beer
- 2 teaspoon Mustard Powder
- 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
- 6 cups Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- In a medium saucepot over medium heat, combine the half and half, beer, mustard powder, and all-purpose flour. Warm, but do not allow to boil. Fold in the cheese and stir until melted. Transfer to a warm fondue pot. Serve immediately with accoutrements.
