What's better than plain old chocolate milk? Mario Batali's chocolate hazelnut milk, that's what!
Chocolate Hazelnut Milk
- 1 Cup Heavy Cream
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 Cup Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 2 Tablespoon Ground Hazelnuts
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- In a small sauce pot heat cream and butter until butter melts. Whisk in the ground hazelnuts. Once incorporated, stir in salt and chocolate. Once chocolate is melted pour into small cups and serve warm.
