Baked Chicken Thighs
Clinton Kelly's Crispy Chicken Thighs
- 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large bowl, toss chicken and olive oil to coat completely.
- Spread chicken on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
