  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

    6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
    Salt and Pepper to taste 
    1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides. In a large bowl, toss chicken and olive oil to coat completely.

    Spread chicken on a rimmed baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
