Cool off with this tasty cocktail!
Clinton Kelly's Cucumber Honeydew Margarita
- 2 cups honeydew melon
- 1 cup seedless peeled cucumber plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup mint
- 1 1/2 cup tequila
- 2 tablespoons agave
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- Combine the honeydew, seedless peeled cucumber, mint, tequila, agave and lime juice in a blender and whirl until smooth.
- Strain mixture through fine mesh sieve. Serve over ice with cucumber slice for garnish.
