  • 2 English Cucumbers
  • Remove the ends of the cucumbers and cut them into large chunks. Place cucumber pieces in a food processor, fitted with a steel blade, and puree until smooth. Add a few tablespoons of water to loosen, if necessary. 
  • Transfer the cucumber juice to a mesh strainer and press puree through with a wooden spoon, extracting as much juice as possible.
