Just because you're watching your waistline doesn't mean that you need to skip dessert. These chocolate bon bons are perfectly delicious and perfectly healthy.
Banana Bon Bons
- 1 banana
- 1 cup chopped dark chocolate (at least 75% cocoa)
- Melt dark chocolate in microwave-safe bowl in 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and shiny.
- Cut bananas into ¼ inch rounds or slices, and place on sheet pan lined with wax paper. Drizzle melted chocolate over banana slices and place pan in freezer until chocolate covered bananas are frozen. Daphne tip: these will keep in the freezer for two days.
