Daphne Oz's Spicy Fruit Smoothie
- 3 (8-oz) containers plain Greek strained yogurt
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 (12-oz) bag frozen mango chunks
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- In a blender combine all ingredients. Pour and taste. Notes: you can use any fruit you want especially if they are very ripe and about to go bad. Also Daphne suggested using molasses if you prefer the taste to honey.
