- 3 parts prosecco
- 2 parts aperol
- Float of tonic
- 1 orange
- Add 3 parts prosecco to a glass filled with ice, top with 2 parts aperol, and just a float of tonic.
- Add a half moon slice of orange to each glass and a strip of zest. Add a fun straw. Toast and enjoy.
