Double Duty Raspberry Banana Smoothie
  • 2 cups Frozen or Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 cup Ice (if using fresh Raspberries)
  • 1/2 Banana (preferably frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Organic Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/4 cup Organic Rolled Oats
Directions
  • Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until smooth. You can either drink it as a smoothie or apply as a face mask.  Note: if the smoothie is too thick add water to thin out
