A simple dip that's simply delicious.
Carla's Mexican 5-Layer Dip
1 12- ounce
can Refried black beans
1 cup Guacamole
1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Pico de Gallo
1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- Spread refried beans on bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
- Layer guacamole, sour cream, Pico de Gallo, then top with a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Serve with tortilla chips.
