Cool off with this summer treat, perfect for kids and adults.
Daphne Oz's Fudge-sicle
- 5 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 13- ounce can coconut milk
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle stick into each mold. Freeze until set, at least overnight.
- When set, remove from freezer and serve.
