Carla Hall's Ginger Lime Zinger
- 1/2 Lime (quartered)
- 3 tablespoons fresh Mint leaves
- 1 1- inch fresh Ginger (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Simple Syrup
- 6 ounces Soda Water
- Lime wedge (for garnish)
- In a heavy-bottom glass, muddle together the lime, mint, ginger and simple syrup until the juice is released from the lime and the mint is bruised and broken up into small pieces.
- Add ice and top off with the soda water. Garnish with fresh lime.
