Garlicky Green Beans
Mario Batali's Green Beans with Serrano Ham and Garlic
- 1 pound Green Beans (trimmed and cut in half)
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 4 ounces Serrano Ham (diced into small pieces)
- 4 cloves Garlic (chopped)
- Salt (to taste)
- In a small sauté pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ham to pan and sauté for a minute to crisp, and then add the garlic and the green beans. Sauté, tossing to evenly cook everything. Transfer to a platter or bowl to serve.
