A tangy and tasty grilled cheese.
Grilled Gruyere Cheese
- 1/2 cup Aged Gruyere Cheese (grated)
- 11/2 cup White Cheddar Cheese (grated)
- 4 Slices Sourdough Bread
- 3 tablespoon Butter
- Preheat a griddle to medium-high heat.
- Mix together the cheeses. Butter each slice of bread. Place two of the slices on the griddle, then divide the cheese evenly on each piece. Top with the other piece of buttered sourdough. After 3-4 minutes, flip and cook other side until golden brown and cheese has melted through. Serve with cream of mushroom soup.
