- 8 cups cranberry juice
- 2 bottles dry champagne or sparkling wine
- 3 cups creme de cassiss (black currant-flavored liqueur)
- Lemon peel for garnish
- 4 cups seltzer
- Cranberry and mint ice (get the recipe here)
