Your Christmas tree has more than one use!
Daphne Oz's Evergreen Spice Rub
- 1/2 cup spruce needle tips
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/4 cup coriander seeds
- 1/4 cup sage leaves
- 1/4 cup thyme leaves
- 1/8 cup pepper
- Combine all of the ingredients and pulse in a food processor until well combined. Use spice rub on beef, lamb or roasted vegetables.
