Simple Pork Chops
Amy Kayne's Honey Mustard Pork Chops
- 3-4 Bone-In Pork Chops
- 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 Garlic clove (crushed)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Rice Pilaf to serve
- Green Beans to serve
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dijon mustard, honey, and crushed garlic and baste chops. Salt and pepper both sides.
- Place in oven safe skillet for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer registers 150 degrees F.
- Remove and serve with rice pilaf and green beans.
