  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Rice Pilaf to serve
  • Green Beans to serve

    3-4 Bone-In Pork Chops
    1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
    2 tablespoons Honey 
    1 Garlic clove (crushed) 
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix dijon mustard, honey, and crushed garlic and baste chops. Salt and pepper both sides.

    Place in oven safe skillet for 3 to 5 minutes per side. Transfer skillet to the preheated oven and cook for 10 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer registers 150 degrees F.

    Rice Pilaf to serve
    Green Beans to serve 
    Remove and serve with rice pilaf and green beans.
