Carla Hall's Hot Chocolate
- 16 ounces Milk
- Pinch ground Cinnamon (preferably toasted in pan and grated on microplane)
Milk or Dark Chocolate
- Sweetened Whipped Cream (whipped to soft peak)
- Heat milk with cinnamon and sugar, if using. Stir in chocolate until melted.
- Whip mixture with an emersion blender or pour into a blender. Pour mixture into a cup and top with whipped cream. Shave chocolate or cinnamon on top and serve.
