  • 2 pounds Ground Chuck
  • 3 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Onion (peeled and grated)
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Salsa (or more for serving; fire roasted salsa preferred)

    2 pounds Ground Chuck
    3 tablespoons Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise
    1/2 Onion (peeled and grated)
    3 tablespoons Worcestershire
    1 tablespoon Chili powder (optional)
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Mix chuck, Hellmann’s, grated onion, worcestershire and chili powder (if using) together. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Shape into 8 patties.

    Grill to desired temperature.

    1/2 cup Salsa (or more for serving; fire roasted salsa preferred)
    Top with 1/2 cup salsa and serve on buns.

    Helpful Tips:
    1. Add mayo to the inside of your burger to ensure it is extra juicy. When doing so, put mayo inside the burger and mix with a spoon to fully incorporate.
    2. Don’t overwork your meat; shape the patties carefully with your hands so that it just barely holds. Press a thumb print in center of patty to ensure that it cooks perfectly. Cook the burger just beyond 60-70% complete on one side to get a good char. To make nice grill marks, rotate the burger 90 degrees halfway through cooking on one side.
    3. Spread the bun with mayo and grill mayo side down for creamy deliciousness.
