Leftovers Chicken Salad
  • 2 cups Leftover Pulled Chicken
  • 1/2 Red Onion (fine dice)
  • 1 tablespoon Capers (drained; rough chop)
  • 2 tablespoons Kalamata Olives (rough chop)
  • 1/2 cup Aioli
  • Combine the chicken, red onion, capers, olives and fold in the aioli.
