2 ounces bourbon 1 ounce fresh lemon juice 1 ounce superfine sugar Splash of water Lemon wedge and maraschino cherry (for garnish)
For the Whiskey Sour: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add bourbon, lemon juice, superfine sugar and a splash of water. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Pour into BBQ rub rimmed highball glass and garnish with a lemon wedge and maraschino cherry.

For the Barbecue Rub Rim: Combine salt, chili powder, paprika, coriander and sugar. Mix thoroughly.
