A bellini without champagne!
Sunny Anderson’s Slick Chick’s Mango Bellini
- 1 bottle chardonnay
- 16 ounce frozen mango chunks (partially thawed)
- 3 tablespoon agave nectar or honey
- 32-48 ounce Sparkling water
- In a blender add wine, mango chunks, agave nectar (or honey) and blend until smooth, give it time!
- Pour into a pitcher and add sparkling water until the desired amount of carbonation. Stir and serve. Or to serve individually, fill each glass halfway with the mango mixture, then slowly top off with sparkling water.
