Mango with Chile Lime Salt
- 2 mangoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- zest of 1 lime
- 10 mint leaves (chopped)
- Cut the mango off of the pit and cut into cubes.
- In a small bowl combine the salt, chile powder and lime zest. Add mango and mint to bowl and toss together. Serve immediately.
