Clinton Kelly's Mixed Greens with Yogurt Vinaigrette

  • 1 pound Mixed Baby Greens
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Pepper

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, yogurt, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
