Bacon Fat Popcorn
  • 3/4 cup popcorn kernels
  • 1/2 cup bacon fat (warmed)
  • 2 tablespoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoon rosemary (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Pop kernels in air popper or in a pot.
  • Add the warm bacon fat, cheese, rosemary, chili flakes and salt to popcorn. Gently mix to combine.
