A quick, easy, and tasty shrimp recipe!
Michael Symon's Greek Shrimp with Feta
- 6 14-16 peeled and deveined shrimp, 1/2 cup feta, 1 clove garlic sliced, 1 tablespoon minced shallot, 12 cherry tomatoes halved, 2 tablespoon chopped mint, 2 ounce olive oil, Juice and zest of 1 lemon, Salt and pepper to taste
- Heat pan over medium heat, add olive oil and heat.
- Add shrimp, shallots and garlic and cook for 2 minutes, add tomatoes and cook for 30 seconds, add mint, lemon juice and zest and remove from heat, toss with feta and serve.
