  • 2 pound Shortrib (sliced very thin)
  • Salt and Freshly ground Pepper
  • Cornstarch (for dusting)
  • Peanut Oil (for frying)

  • Preheat the peanut oil to 350F.
  • Season short ribs with salt. Lightly dredge the short ribs with cornstarch, then drop in the oil. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes, then drain on a paper towel lined plate. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with Spicy Celery Giarginiera.
