Nothing Goes With Football Quite Like Wings
Michael Symon Tailgate Wings
- 3 chicken wings cut at the joint
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Lime juice
- Toss the wings in olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Place on the grill and cook until no longer pink in the center, about 8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine the hot sauce and the butter and whisk to combine. When the wings are cooked through, add them to the bowl with the hot sauce mixture. Toss to coat.
- Plate next to the taco and squeeze a little lime juice over the top.
