  • 4 ounces Celery Soda
  • Celery Seed
  • 2 Limes (1 lime cut into wedges)

    1 12-ounce Light Wheat Beer (like Hoegaarden)
    4 ounces Celery Soda
    2 Limes (1 lime cut into wedges) 
    Salt 
    Fill two large cups with ice. Divide the beer up between the two and top with the celery soda. Squeeze in half a lime to each drink. Add a pinch of salt and stir.

    Dip one side of the lime wedges in celery seed and garnish the drinks with the wedges.
