Clinton Kelly's Mulled Sangria
Mulled Sangria Recipe: Infuse this summer staple with cloves and cinnamon for a simple spiced cocktail.
- 2 Dry Red Wine (preferably Spanish)
- 4 ounces Apple Brandy
- 12 Cloves
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Oranges (sliced)
- 1 Lemon (sliced)
- 1 Granny Smith Apple (cored and sliced thinly)

Combine the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a simmer. Chill and serve over ice.
1. Bring the mixture to a simmer -- not a full boil.
