Clinton Kelly's Nightcap on Elm Street
- 2 1/4 cups Tawny Port
- 1 tablespoon Whole Cloves
- 1 Orange
- In a medium saucepan, heat port and cloves to just below a simmer. Remove from heat and allow to steep for about 5 minutes. Strain out cloves.
- Meanwhile, cut strips of orange peel to create twists. Serve 3 to 4 ounces of port per person and garnish with an orange twist.
