  • 1
    1 tablespoon Butter
    1/4 cup Peanut Butter
2 slices Pullman Bread (1/2-inch slices)
1/4 cup Sweet and Hot Pickles
    Hot Sauce to taste
Heat a griddle or non-stick pan to medium heat. Add a pat of butter and melt. Spread peanut butter on one slice of the bread, and top with pickles. Shake some hot sauce all over the pickles. Close the sandwich, and toast for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides, until golden brown. Serve.

    Helpful Tips:
    1. Amp up this sandwich with a few slices of bacon, because bacon makes just about everything better.
    2. Here's how Michael assmebles the sandwich: spread peanut butter on both slices of bread and add pickles and hot sauce. Then, butter the outside of the bread and toast in a pan.
