Salty Sweet Sandwich
Michael Symon's Peanut Butter Pickle Sandwich
- 2 slices Pullman Bread (1/2-inch slices)
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Sweet and Hot Pickles
- Hot Sauce to taste
- Heat a griddle or non-stick pan to medium heat. Add a pat of butter and melt. Spread peanut butter on one slice of the bread, and top with pickles. Shake some hot sauce all over the pickles. Close the sandwich, and toast for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides, until golden brown. Serve.
