Clinton Kelly's Pickled Winter Slaw
- 1 jar leftover Pickle Juice (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
- freshly cracked Black Pepper
- 4 cups Cabbage Slaw Mixture
- Combine the ingredients in a leftover jar of pickle brine. Shake thoroughly to emulsify. Adjust seasoning to taste. Toss with the cabbage slaw mix to coat.
- Cabbage slaw mix: Sliced red cabbage, julienned carrots, green onions (cut on large bias).
