  • 1 jar leftover Pickle Juice (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Salt
  • freshly cracked Black Pepper
  • 4 cups Cabbage Slaw Mixture
  • Combine the ingredients in a leftover jar of pickle brine. Shake thoroughly to emulsify. Adjust seasoning to taste. Toss with the cabbage slaw mix to coat.
  • Cabbage slaw mix: Sliced red cabbage, julienned carrots, green onions (cut on large bias).
