  • 1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
  • Salt
  • freshly cracked Black Pepper
  • 4 cups Cabbage Slaw Mixture

    1 jar leftover Pickle Juice (about 1/4 cup)
    1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
    1 tablespoon Granulated Sugar
    1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
    Salt
    freshly cracked Black Pepper
    Combine the ingredients in a leftover jar of pickle brine. Shake thoroughly to emulsify. Adjust seasoning to taste. Toss with the cabbage slaw mix to coat.
