Pineapple Rum Cocktail

  • Ice cubes as required
  • 1 1/2 ounces Coconut Rum
  • 6 ounces Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple chunks (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 ounce Dark Rum
  • Pineapple Slice for garnish
  • Pour ice as required, coconut rum, lemon lime soda, pineapple chunks, and pineapple and orange juices in a blender. Blend until desired consistency is reached. Pour into a 16 ounce glass and top with dark rum. Garnish with a pineapple slice to serve.
