Clinton Kelly's Pina Colada
  • 1 scoop vanilla bean ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 fl ounce rum
  • 8 fl ounces milk
  • 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
  • nutmeg for garnish
  • cinnamon for garnish
  • Whip cream to medium peaks.
  • Combine ice cream, pumpkin pie filling, rum and milk in blender. Pour in tall glass and top with whipped cream.
  • Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top of whipped cream.
