  • Once pizza dough has been portioned and griddled on flat tops, preheat your broiler to high.
  • For Carla's Pizza: Spread the tomato sauce over the crust and scatter the mozzarella and olives over the sauce. Broil until cheese has melted and crust has charred in places. Finish with basil leaves.
