Pomegranate-Rum Cocktail

Clinton Kelly's Pomegranate Freeze
  • 3 1/2 cups Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 1/2 cups Raspberry-Flavored Rum
  • 1 cup Cranberry Liqueur
  • 1/3 cup fresh Lime Juice
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Combine pomegranate juice, rum, liqueur, and lime juice in a large pitcher. 
  • In a blender, combine 12 ounces of juice mixture with ice and blend until slushy.  Pour into large wine glass and garnish with fresh pomegranate seeds.
