Daphne Oz's Preggers Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Banana
  • 1/3 cup Frozen Cherries
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple
  • 1/3 cup Yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons Almond Butter
  • 3 Kale Leaves (stemmed and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Flax Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 3/4 cup Apple Cider; Juice or Water to blend

  • Combine everything in a blender and blend it until completely smooth. Serve.
