Clinton Kelly's Quick and Easy Mai Tai

  • 1 ounce Dark rum
  • 1 ounce Light Rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces Triple Sec
  • 1/2 ounce Orange Juice
  • 1 ounce Pineapple Juice
  • 1/4 ounce Cranberry Juice
  • Cherry for garnish
  • Ice Cubes (as required)

  • Fill shaker with ice cubes as per requirement. On top of the cubes, add dark rum, light rum, orange and pineapple juices, cranberry juice and triple sec. Give combined liquids a shake. Pour drink into glass and top with a dash of triple sec. Garnish with a cherry.
