Clinton Kelly's Roasted New Potatoes and Herb Dip
- 2 pounds Small New Potatoes
- 1 tablespoon Rosemary
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Thyme
- 1 cup Creme Fraiche
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Chives
- 2 tablespoons Basil
- Salt and pepper
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Roast 2 pounds small new potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and lemon thyme at 350F for 25 minutes.
- Mix and dip potatoes and teeny cherry tomatoes.
