Clinton Kelly's Roasted New Potatoes and Herb Dip
  • 2 pounds Small New Potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Thyme
  • 1 cup Creme Fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chives
  • 2 tablespoons Basil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cherry Tomatoes
  • Roast 2 pounds small new potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary and lemon thyme at 350F for 25 minutes.
  • Mix and dip potatoes and teeny cherry tomatoes.
