Michael's Rose wine macerated strawberries are the perfect topping for his lemony angel food cake!
Rose Wine Macerated Strawberries
- 1 pound strawberries (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Rose wine (fruity)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Add all ingredients in a bowl. Mix to combine well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least a half an hour to draw out berry juices.
- Serve individually or as a topping to dessert of choice.
