    16 ounces Pork Breakfast Sausage
    16 ounces Hot Pork Breakfast Sausage
    Salt and Pepper
    Brown sausage in skillet until it's deeply colored and crispy, breaking sausage into pieces roughly the size of dimes. Season with salt and pepper.

    1 1/2 cups Milk
    Your favorite Biscuit Recipe
    Combine flour and milk in a bowl and whisk until combined thoroughly. Stir milk mixture into sausage and bring to a boil, and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes. Add more milk, if needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour gravy over biscuits to serve.

    Helpful Tips:
    1. The recipe calls for half sweet and half spicy sausage, but you can personalize to taste.
    2. If you’re nervous about mixing in the milk, then whisk the milk and flour first before adding it to the sausage.
    3. If the gravy is too thick, then add milk. If the gravy is too loose, then whisk in more flour.
